Hi ;D I'm Roger I just bought a 68 Galaxie 500 after a long wait. I'm currently working on it trying to put it back in shape. It has a 390 that was not really taken care of. I hope you guys can lead me in the right direction since I'm new to classic cars. Hope to get to know more people that have the same passion for cars as I do.

Cool another Ford Shoe Box owner. Does it have the flathead v8? Post up pics of the 51 and the Falcon Gasser, those are 2 of my favorite cars that I hope to have someday. Had a 50 coupe and always wanted my friends 60 Falcon wagon.

Hello all
My name is Andrew and me and my Dad spend our winters in Chandler and the summers back here in the UK.
We are Ford guys through and through and own several Model A's.
We are building a '30 CCPU at present in the States and I have a Riley 2 Port powered '30 Coupe here in big lumps that I hope to finish and be using before the end of the year in Hillclimbs and Sprints.
Thanks for having me
Cheers
Juggs

Another Craig here. New member. I currently have a 1973 Ford Maverick I'm working on. Really just a 4 door clunker. I have my son a 1970 Maverick he has. I do all of the work on it for him. I've also got a 1971 Ford F100 truck that I'm currently selling as soon as I get the 73 Maverick running. I posted an ad in the looking for parts section as I need an exhaust manifold for the 73 if anybody knows where I can get one. Any local help on Mavericks would be really great.

My name is Steve, I have numerous projects, or as I like to say, I have 11 vehicles, 10 of which are projects, I need to sell something so I can turn the 11th into a project.....I am sure I stole that saying from someone...
I have a 1970 Maverick named Yellow fever that I bought from Gene who is a member here. I also have a 1949 Ford F1, a 1972 F600 Flatbed, a 1985 359 peterbilt, a 1974 Chevy C30 tow truck with a Holmes 440 bed, a 1967 Fairlane 500XL, a 1937 Plymouth Pickup Rat Rod and a 1954 F6 that I need to pickup in Colorado. I am also recreating a 1927 Model T, powered by a Flathead V8, that my dad owned when he was 19. I live in Lake Havasu on the weekends and work at Deer valley Airport during the week. I work as a aircraft mechanic and pilot on fire fighting aircraft.

Welcome Steve, now I know why I saw the maverick behind the rat rod in the other thread. Did you ever finish that maverick with the one-off custom front suspension?

I did in fact, but I added to Yellow Fever instead. And yes I won, he was a 10.00 second car in the 1/4 but in 330 feet, I put a whipping on him, got to love 5.14 gears..... Attachments:
